Orders can take between 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process. Processing an order involves picking, packing, and getting the order ready for shipment. Once the order is picked up by the carrier, it is considered 'shipped'. Once an order is shipped, it can take an additional 1-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for delivery.
Once the order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier website.
All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. The carrier of choice is decided by ZER06 Auto Care based on the order size and shipping destination.
We currently only ship inside the USA. We are working on bringing international shipping.
